I recommend that schools only do at most one fundraiser per semester. That's why we try to coach our schools in how to run their program most effectively. Spot on. I agree with most everything you have written here, on thing I would suggest caution on "multipul streams of Income". Spreading yourself too thin is just as bad as counting on one item. So do not get so diverse that become a "jack of all trades and master of none" 4 different Fundraisers through out the will definately keep you on your toes..... additionally too many projects and it will start to become difficult to find people to deligate to :-) Keep up the great writting!
